In the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, quoting your Order Reference along with a brief description of why you wish to return the item. Our customer service team will email you a unique returns authorisation code.

The item must be returned in an unused condition in its original packaging (enclosing a copy of the unique returns authorisation code) to our Returns Address listed below.  For your security, we would recommend that all returned items should be sent via registered post.

Returned items will be inspected by our customer service team and provided that you have complied with our Returns Policy, we will issue a refund for the original cost of the item, excluding shipping costs to your credit/debit card.  Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Faulty items should be returned in an unused condition in their original packaging.  Our customer service team will issue a replacement item by return post and we will refund your shipping costs to your credit/debit card.
